Agreement

These terms govern your use of hirefi.io and any communication you receive from HireFi LLC (“HireFi”, “we”, “us”). By using this site or communicating with us, you accept them.

If you engage HireFi to place talent with you, that engagement is governed by a separate written services agreement. Where the two differ, the services agreement wins.

What we do

HireFi sources, vets and places dedicated remote talent, and manages those placements on your behalf. Scope, rates, duration, replacement and notice are set out in the services agreement for your engagement.

Nothing on this website forms a contract for services, reserves a candidate, or fixes a price.

No guarantee of outcomes

Figures, estimates, calculators, savings comparisons, projections and example results shown on this site, in any report or breakdown we prepare, or discussed on a call are illustrative. They are built from the information you supply and from general market assumptions.

They are not a promise, warranty or guarantee of the results you will achieve. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, your market, your pricing and your own sales and management processes.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text message consent with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Phone and email

We contact businesses on published business numbers. We screen against the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state registries and keep our own internal do-not-call list. Ask us on any call, or email support@hirefi.io, and we will stop.

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link and our postal address.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, to scrape it at scale, or to attempt to access anything you are not authorised to access.

Do not submit someone else's mobile number, or consent on their behalf.

Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this site, and any report, breakdown or document we prepare for you, belong to HireFi LLC. A document we prepare for your business is yours to use internally; it is not to be resold, republished or presented as your own.

Third-party services

This site and our messages link to services we do not control, including scheduling and video-conferencing tools. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HireFi LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business or lost data, arising from your use of this site or from any estimate or illustration provided before a signed services agreement is in place.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Changes and how to reach us

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page changes when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
